DW801 angle grinder is one of the most inquired models of our customers and a universal basic angle grinder for many buyers.

1.LINOON DW801 angle grinder quality classification.

DW801 grinder we currently classify its quality into 3 levels:Class C,Class B and Class A.Class C is a normal level with a basic function to full fill home work DIYers’ need,suit for those markets where price competition is very fierce.And Class A is for those brands are strict for their quality reputation,we’ve made it of high quality material.

2.DW801 difference between 3 quality levels.

①Motor size and material

All 3 levels model are using 48mm height armature and stator,and one most concerned question is the material of motor coil,we use pure copper wire for 3 levels,but there are also small difference.For Class C and Class B,armature are made of 0.31mm 180℃ high-temperature-resistant copper wire and stator are made of 0.41mm 130℃ high-temperature-resistant copper wire,silver content of commutator is 0.03%,while Class A armature are made of 0.38mm 200℃ high-temperature-resistant copper wire and stator are made of 0.51mm 200℃ high-temperature-resistant copper wire,silver content of commutator is 0.08%.

Considering the difference of the motor,the power of 3 levels are different.Class C and Class B no-load power is 369W with a rated 650W,Class A no-load power is 406W with a rated 850W.
